One of them is Flour + Water because they have an excellent menu with good variety. They usually have an octopus starter that never disappoints, and they change the pasta on almost a weekly basis which is awesome. A Mano is the other place I take out of town guests. Chef Freedom’s menu has never disappointed, the handmade pastas are to die for. You can’t go wrong with their pizzas, either. The whole menu changes seasonally and they always hit the mark, and who can say no to a Negroni done perfectly by the excellent bartenders!”
